Marigold had a hard start to life. Found on a farm in Idaho, she was quite sick with an upper respiratory infection when she was brought to Friends for Life Animal Rescue. Shortly after starting her antibiotics and beginning to recover, it was discovered that she also had ringworm! She was shaved and fully treated and her hair grew back in a beautiful brilliant tortoiseshell.

Marigold also had a condition called entropion, where the eyelids turned inward toward the eye, allowing the eyelashes to scratch and irritate her eyeball, After successful eye surgery and the standard spay, etc., she is ready to find her forever home! Her eyes tend to water sometimes, and they may all of her life. 

Marigold is quite a loving little kitten and hopes to find a person or family to love her back. She has  been spayed; microchipped; tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS; treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms; and is current on vaccinations. Adoption fee is $120 cash.
