Crab is a twisty kitty, one who didn’t have enough room during gestation and was born with shortened tendons which caused his front two paws to be turn in like crab pincers. Through physical therapy to stretch the tendons and some splinting to help develop muscles, Crab has improved a great deal but will always show that his front paws are different. Nevertheless, Crab is a healthy, thriving, busy, and loving little kitten who seems to always be purring! He lives with cats and kittens of different ages and keeps up with them all.
Crab is fully able to use the litter box and keep himself clean, and at this time, does not have any special access tools (ramp, etc.) or demonstrate the need. He can climb up onto the couch or chairs and back down again just fine.
Crab has been neutered; microchipped; tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS; treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms; and is current on vaccinations. Adoption fee is $120 cash.
To meet or adopt Crab, please contact foster mom Gail by phone at 360-420-2183 or via e-mail at gail.andy@comcast.net.
