Ranger Jo is a wonderful, friendly, and playful small female tabby with white feet who has a quirk not incredibly common: she LOVES dogs! Ranger is quite a hit at the vet clinic where she resides in foster care, out and about to greet all the dogs coming and going and flirting when she can’t get to them. Kids are ok as long as respectful and people rank high, but she doesn’t like other cats and would need a home where she can be the only cat. Ranger Jo can be talkative and very curious, and has been an indoor-outdoor cat before being surrendered. She may seem shy at first, but warms up quickly. Being indoors only means that she remains safe from the hawks/eagles, neighbor dogs, coyotes, and cars that are dangers to outdoor animals, but if she has a strong desire it can be very difficult to force an indoor-outdoor cat to remain indoors only; you can try and enhance her indoor experiences, but she may just be unhappy if forced to remain indoors. Ranger Jo has been spayed, microchipped, tested for feline AIDS and feline leukemia, is current on her vaccinations, and has been treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms. Her adoption fee is $40. If you would like to meet Ranger Jo, please contact Karen at 360-333-7041 or via e-mail at karen.sorsdal@comcast.net.
