Meer Cat is a stunning adult female tortoiseshell with short hair.  She appeared at the home of a Friends for Life Animal Rescue supporter and it was later determined that she had been kicked out of her original home because she and their dogs didn’t get along.  She was taken into rescue since she is people friendly, and is now awaiting her new forever home that will love and care for her in the way she so deserves!

Meer Cat is people friendly and loves attention - once she knows you, she's there to greet you when you come through the door and is almost aggressively friendly.  She needs a home that will be somewhat quiet - we don't think she would do well with rambunctious kids or lots of other scary noise.  Meer Cat does well with other kittens who are smaller than she is - perhaps adopt her and a little kitten and they can grow together?!

Meer Cat has been spayed, tested for feline leukemia/feline AIDS, microchipped, treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms, and is current on her vaccinations. She is litter-box trained and ready to love! While the general adoption fee is $110 cash, Meer Cat is available for a donation.

To meet Meer Cat or learn more about her, please contact Karen at karen.sorsdal@comcast.net or by phone at 360-333-7041 or 360-757-6589 (please call both numbers and leave messages).
