Checkers is a young male shorthaired black and white tuxedo who never stops purring! He is very friendly and likes both cats and dogs. 

Checkers loves his food, but must stay on a special diet because he has had a bout with a urinary tract blockage (struvite crystals).  With the special diet, he should be healthy and active for years to come!  He likes all people and is a joy to have around enjoying his pets and sitting on your lap.  He would be a great addition to any loving home.

Checkers has been neutered, tested for feline leukemia/feline AIDS, microchipped, treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms, and is current on his vaccinations. He is litter-box trained and ready to love!
