Saffron is a 7-month old female terrier mix. She is a little shy because she came down with parvovirus the first week in foster care and had to live in isolation the first month without any contact with other animals. She bounced back from the virus nicely and is a happy, healthy, fun-loving little girl, but she is still learning to trust new things.
Saffron really is a lover and is very bright. She comes when called, goes to her room when told, and is willing to learn new things as you present them. She seems to enjoy riding in the car and wants to be included in all the play times whether it is with the big dogs the small dogs or just the cats playing in the cat room. Saffron will need to have a home where the humans have time to spend making her feel she is their special girl. Saffron has been spayed, microchipped, treated for fleas and worms, and is current on her vaccinations.
