Samwise 

 

Samwise "Sam" Gamgee is a shy, gentle, affectionate and playful kitten. He would love to have a home with his sister Eowyn. He may be able to be separate from her if there was another young kitty already in a home who's a perfect match. Sam needs the companionship of another kitty or two!

 

Sam was trapped at a feral cat colony and has been fostered for the last couple of months and learning how to be with humans and working on building his confidence and getting a lot of love. He will need a home that understands shy cats that can continue to help him grow. Once he warmed up to his fosters he became VERY affectionate. He loves to be pet, follows them around, is getting better about being held and likes to snuggle up. Samwise is worth the effort and patience! 

 

Samwise's ideal home would be one with very low traffic, predictable, quiet and with shy cat savvy adopters. He will need to be indoor only and no declawing is permitted. Sam is very respectful and gentle with other kitties most of the time but does love to run around and play and can get really rambunctious which older cats may not appreciate. He is not fond of dogs and would likely do well with older children 10+ as he's sensitive to a lot of commotion, loud noises etc.

 

Shy, gentle, affectionate, playful, needs littermate in home or other young playful cat companion. No dogs, kids 10+

All available animals are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on vaccinations, and treated for fleas, worms, and ear mites. All cats/kittens are tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS. Some cats have been vaccinated for rabies. Adoption fees are cash or check only.
