Inky was surrendered when his little 2-year old girl became so allergic she was facing ER visits. He had a brother (cat) in his former home, too; although the brother didn’t come to Friends for Life Animal Rescue with him, Inky would probably do well with a laid back and confident friend given time to adjust.
Inky is a very affectionate cat and loves to be pet and give face rubs. However, in foster care he has been very skittish when not in a cage at outreach. He will take time and patience to adjust (if his foster behavior is any indication) to new people, surroundings, and noises. No doubt, though – he is a human lover!
Inky is seeking an indoor-only, no declaw home for his health and safety.
Inky has been neutered; microchipped; tested for feline leukemia and feline AIDS; treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms; and is current on vaccinations. Adoption fee is $120 cash.
