A loving and playful boy with a cute smudge on his face, Jeffrey loves his siblings and other foster cats. He loves to eat, play, look out the window, and get attention from his foster mom. The LaVenture TOPS club teenagers have come to socialize and play with the kittens and Jeffrey has discovered a love of laser light and feather toys on a stick. When he is tired, he loves to sleep on his back in someone's arms, too.

Jeffrey has been neutered, microchipped, tested negative for feline leukemia and feline AIDS, is current on vaccinations, and has been treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms. His adoption fee is $120, which includes the microchip registration fee.
