River is a handsome and super loving kitten about 7 months of age. He and his littermates (all adopted) were found on the banks of a river in eastern Washington and were hand-raised since very young. River was adopted, but the resident female cat in his adoptive home took exception to him and he was returned.

River is very social and loves to be held. He helps while you use the bathroom and gives little kitty kisses. He loves food and gives a good reaction when he hears the word "cookies".  River was raised in his foster home with his littermates and several other kittens, and he is sharing again in his foster placement since his return - no issues. He is a fairly big cat but is lean, just long and tall. He has pretty floofy tail.

River would love a family with or without other cats, but with lots of love. He would love a lap or couch to snuggle on while you read or watch TV. He was not raised with kids, but should be ok with those who are older or not too rambunctious. He also doesn't know dogs, but I would expect him to be fine with proper introduction.

River has been neutered, microchipped, is current on vaccinations, has been tested for feline leukemia and feline immunodeficiency virus, and has been treated for fleas, ear mites, and worms.  His adoption fee is $140 and he is an indoor-only kitty.
