Seamus is a handsome 3 mo DSH seal point Siamese boy with a laid back attitude. He and his mom and sister were dumped at a construction site and had to fend for themselves for a while, but the crew contacted FFLAR for help when the project was nearing completion. Seamus' foster mom, Julie, patiently trapped and fostered Seamus and his family, but she has a prey driven dog and needs to find a forever home for them as soon as possible. Seamus was the most cautious of the three and refused to go in the trap until he had been on his own without his mom and sister for several days. Julie never gave up, and finally caught him. Though the last to be caught, Seamus was the first to adapt to the good life (shelter, safety and food) and is generally a laid back dude. Julie can pick him up and put him in her lap for pets and he is fine with that. She can put him down in his cat bed, and he is fine with that, too. He placidly watches the coming and going of critters and people through those deep blue eyes. He may be chill, but he is fascinating to just watch.
Seamus has not been exposed to other cats, dogs or kiddos in his foster home, but seems pretty adaptable. If he could be adopted with his mom, Mia, or his sister, Sparky, that would be super, but he should do fine on his own as well.
Seamus has been neutered, tested negative for FeLV/FIV, vaccinated (and boosters) for rabies, FVRCP and FeLV, microchipped, and treated for worms, ear mites, and fleas.
If you feel Seamus (and perhaps his mom or sister) has a safe place in your heart and home, please contact Laura at (540) 272-3506
